Job Description:
As an Event Support Specialist at Ticketmaster, you will support clients in all their event management needs. This role involves collecting, reviewing, and accurately inputting data into systems, verifying output, and working with various departments and clients to create and distribute event-related information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Input event data into the Ticketmaster Host system and resolve related errors
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Participate in on-call schedule rotations; provide after-hours, weekend, and holiday support
- Assist in the development of solutions to client issues with the Event Management team
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication
- Work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
