Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS degree preferred
Experience Required:
- At least 1 year of experience with the Ticketmaster System or similar ticketing systems
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with Ticketmaster ONE, Host System, and Access Control Support
- Knowledge of Archtics ticketing software
- Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Service-oriented with a focus on meeting client needs
Job Description:
Join our Event Management team to support Ticketmaster clients with their event management needs, including data input, maintenance of service levels, and problem resolution. You will provide training, share best practices, and support general operational tasks including installs and upgrades.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure service level agreements are exceeded
- Coordinate upgrades and manage hardware replacements at client sites
- Provide expert guidance on Ticketmaster's suite of products and assist with client onboarding
- Support event ticketing, including creating and modifying reports and troubleshooting during events
- Work closely with national teams and other departments to provide timely problem resolution
- Handle onsite event support and after-hours office support as needed
Skills Required:
Event management, client relationship development, data input, problem resolution, software troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Ticketmaster systems.
Salary/Benefits
$50,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year
