Job Description:
The Senior Director, Worldwide Publicity will assist in developing and implementing comprehensive publicity campaigns to promote Lionsgate theatrical releases throughout the lifecycle window, from production through to home entertainment. This role involves close collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to craft global campaign strategies and oversee all related publicity activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead worldwide theatrical publicity campaigns for assigned titles under strategic guidance.
- Serve as backup contact for filmmakers.
- Oversee talent timelines, key dates memos, and demographic evaluations for diverse film slates.
- Collaborate with international specialists to relay global campaign strategies to international distributors.
- Manage talent press activities including scheduling, travel, grooming, and security.
- Develop publicity materials such as Talking Points and Production Notes.
- Coach talent for media appearances and manage on-message delivery during all campaign appearances.
- Pitch film, talent, and film assets to national broadcast shows and top-tier print publications.
- Oversee on-set press requests and manage approvals.
- Act as the point of contact for all music-related initiatives.
