Job Description:
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and managing the day-to-day operations of their accounts within a creative agency. This role requires a deep understanding of the client's business, agency roles, production processes, and the fundamentals of client management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day execution of programs, ensuring client objectives are met and internal teams are aligned to bring visions to life.
- Travel to client sites to strengthen relationships and manage meetings, as well as oversee production at shoots and events.
- Guide communication with clients to ensure the work aligns with brand goals and agency standards.
- Maintain a constant pulse on industry trends and social platform capabilities.
- Engage with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance trends and make strategic recommendations to improve work and meet client KPIs.
